Review of Hei by Steven Petrovski

Hei by Alfred Sung is one of the most exquisite colognes that i have purchased in my days of wearing fragrances. Hei is good for males of many ages somewhere around 13-50. The scent is young and wonderful. Every female that passes my way always has to ask what cologne I am wearing. Hei gives you confidence and self esteem. I would recommend this cologne to anyone that wants compliments or loves to smell wonderful. I only have one question to ask, what store may I find this cologne at? I've tried many places, but can not find this fragrance

My husband received Hei aftershave as a gift. One day he was in the hardware store and the lady behind him in line kept getting closer and closer. Finally, she put her chin on his shoulder and said, I would like to take you home with me- you smell so-o-o good!" He was embarrassed and said, "you'd better check with my wife to see if she has any objections". Of course, he came home with a grin on his face and warned me that there was a chance he might be taken from me! Ever since, we have looked high and low for more Alfred Sung Hei...Now that we have found where we can get it, I'm sure we will be steady customers!

A excellent, well blended fragrance that balances the fresh scent of green leaves and jasmine with the masculine scent of musk. A must try!

I purchased Hei cologne by Alfred Sung a while back. I have other Alfred Sung cologne. Hei is one of my favorite. Hei has a great sent that last a long time. It is not over bearing, just right. The price is great also. I will be back to purchase more when I run out.

There are hundreds of "designer" fragrances out there that smell feminine yet are labelled as for men. What's up with that? I just avoid such fragrances. If the fragrance is unisex then don't come up with a men's or women's version unless you tweak it accordingly. BTW a good example of unisex fragrance is 4711. And a good example of the problem with miscategorization is Swiss Army. As for Fahrenheit...you get the picture?

This is one of my boyfriend's favorite fragrances even though it does have a slightly sweet undertone. Well, maybe not undertone, because it does smell obviously sweet. Even despite this, I have never felt that it smelled like a woman's fragrance, it still smells manly. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who prefers the traditional men's cologne.

I like the idea of this cologne--a light and distinguished fragrance--and I do mean "fragrance," rather than a more manly, woody cologne--that aims to not be overwpowering and seem like an actual fragrance. If one were to do the girly thing of spritzing the air and walking through it, it might work--but otherwise, it fails by being a bit too perfume-y.

This perfume smells great. Not too pungent and long lasting.

Do not buy this cologne! Being an asian male, I was going to buy this cologne at a local store to support Alfred Sung. I thought that it would at least smell decent. I was completely wrong. I smelled this cologne and it quickly reminded me of a cheap imitation cologne. Very similar, if not worse, to Walgreen colognes.

This is a very light scent for a man. If your man dosent want to smell to over the top this is one fragrance he would be pleased with. Very light floral scent but yet just enough to smell like a man. You wont be sorry.

Dissapointing. Hei is a very bad smelling and very powerful fragrance. I was expecting a nice colonge to wear for more professional and social events, but I was left with a stinky product that make me disgusted. First off, one spray is enough to make you smell like you have sprayed yourself EXCESSIVLY with cheap colonge and as a result I received many 'fowl' faces when they saw me coming. I wouldn't buy this. Stay away.

HEI is ok smelling. I'm not saying it was great. And I'm not saying it is amazing. I received it as a gift and was not all that happy when I first smelt Hei. It could be a lot better smelling, but it's kind of cheap, so I can understand why someone would buy it. Maybe you'll enjoy it, but I didn't and I don't plan on buying Hei either.

Hei by Alfred Sung is a pleasant little cologne that conjures up a trip through a tropical jungle. Very mossy and leafy. I would actually wear it if I didn't need to reapply every hour before it disappears. If you buy this, get the big bottle, you'll be using a lot of it. Not recommended unless you are in love with leafy frags.

I have been a fan of Alfred Sung's Shi so I decided to pick up Hei for my beloved significant other. I was very pleased. It is a deep musky masculine scent that is not over powering or too spicy. We smell great as a couple.

Very nice fragrance. You could wear it casually as well as for work. Fresh notes of bamboo and bergamot, with a woody finish. Masculine scent but not too woody like Drakar Noir. Much more clean. Recommended for guys who do not want a "perfumey" smell, but rather more fresh and sophisticated ocean notes. Hei is much more refined than "Club Med", which smells like cheap stuff from the drugstore. Hei is similar to Polo Blue without the melon fragrance and also is not as heavily fragrant.

This is my new favorite fragrance. I have been wearing the same fragrance for 10 years now and I did not want to try a new one. When my fiance brought me to the store to try this cologne, I went but kicking and screaming. I am so glad I did go...I love this cologne. It smells great on during the day and night. Plus not too many people have heard of this cologne so it is very unique.

this is a good basic scent, and i can tell what it's aim was. fresh, with some light floral hints, and mint. in fact, i'd say the mint in this is what makes it stand apart from the hundreds of other fresh scents out on the market right now. however the mint note i feel should be a little more pronounced, and that would take this scent to the next level. i'd def take this over aqua d'gio or any zenga fragrance. all in all, it's a good scent, and it's lasting power and sillage are ok and you'll get few compliments here and there. this can be worn year-round.
