The roots of Alain Delon lay not in design; Mr. Delon is in fact a multi-talented actor who has been compared to James Dean and has even been called “the male Brigitte Bardot.” Alain has appeared in over 80 films in his long career, but it was his role in the 1960 film Plein Soleil (a film adaptation of novel The Talented Mr. Ripley) that launched him into international stardom.

Today Alain Delon’s legacy includes lines of Ready-to-wear fashions, home interiors, eyewear, watches and accessories. He incorporated his namesake brand in 1978.
