We want you to be satisfied when you buy perfume online. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return the product to us for a refund. You MUST contact Customer service first at 1-800-645-9251 to receive a return authorization number. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the bottle or product packaging has been opened. Unopened packages can be returned for a full refund. Monies will be refunded once we confirm receipt in our warehouse.

Fast and Trackable Shipping

We process most orders within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday. Please see our shipping details for estimated delivery times. We ship ALL packages via trackable methods such as UPS, DHL, or the USPS. You will receive tracking numbers and methods via email the day after your package leaves our warehouse, usually 2-3 Business days after you place your order, we are working hard to improve this. Most items are shipped from our New York State warehouse. To insure timely delivery, packages are sometimes split up and shipped separately, you may receive multiple packages if there are many items in your order.
